Objective

Stage 1

TELEPHONIC SCREENING

Comprises of a question bank, initial impression about the candidate and work experience. Evaluation of spoken English, focusing on accent and communication skills

Stage 2

HR EVALUATION

HR assessment is done on different parameters such as pronunciation, sales presentation, written evaluations and group exercise

Stage 2(a)

PRONOUNCIATION

Total of 48 words, minimum of 36 words should be pronounced correctly.

Stage 2(b)

SALES PRESENTATION

Communication skills, sales skills, confidence, ability to handle objections

Stage 2(c)

WRITTEN EVALUATION

Total of 10 questions. Candidates will be assessed for accuracy and relevance

Stage 2(d)

GROUP EXERCISE

This exercise aims to judge the confidence, attitude and team work

Stage 3

OPERATIONS EVALUATION
One to One or Role Play

After being selected in 1st evaluation, an ops representative evaluates either through121 questions related to situation handling, team work and sales technique or telephonic role play to assess the candidate on various parts of a 'sales; call flow

Stage 4

HR WASH UP

Salary negotiation and extending the offer letter
